Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Force Armoured Car
The Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps armoured cars had been introduced to the Corps as early as 1933 and were to provide the only armoured support larger than carriers. Only five of these vehicles weree built using two different chassis and armour plate acquired from the Royal Navy.
This model was created from just a few photographs from the period. Some deetails, the rear of the vehicle in particular, are nothing more than guesses as no pictures could be found. The photographs above are the images upon which the model is based.
The model is 3D printed in resin and is available in various scales, if the scale that you require is not listed here please feel free to contact me to discuss what is possible.
